One of the significant challenges within schools is developing and growing leadership amongst staff so that schools can be not only effective but agile in addressing the ever changing landscape of education.

This workshop is the second of three workshops designed to provide an evidence-based viable framework for developing the capabilities of school leadership teams. This session delves into the effects on planning, actions and results of the underlying contexts that exist within schools. These contexts are often invisible but they strongly influence the ability for teams and organisations to perform. All participants will receive the support research and articles as well as post-session review notes..
