Intuyu Consulting provides leading-edge learning and training for teachers, schools, businesses and young people. We seek out the educational leaders who have practical and real experience as educators to provide approaches, processes and thinking that inspires and ignites learning for people. We are passionate about people loving learning and being empowered to be the best they can be.

Adrian Bertolini has been training individuals, businesses and schools around Australia in inquiry-based learning for the past 13 years. He redeveloped the ruMAD? (aRe yoU Making A Difference) program for the Education Foundation and took it from a small Victorian program to one being delivered nationally. ruMAD? is acknowledged as one of the pre-eminent inquiry-based learning models in the country. Recently it won the 2009 Garth Boomer Award for curriculum development.
Adrian's background is eclectic. He began life as an engineer, obtaining 3 degrees including a PhD in Mechanical Engineering before teaching Aerospace Engineering at RMIT University for 5 years. It was during this time he became interested in Educational pedagogy and he forwarded the redesigned of the Aerospace Engineering degree to meet the needs of the 21st century. He has spent time in the USA involved in micro-satellite student programs and corporate leaders programs at Arizona State University.
Adrian travels extensively and has worked with over 150 schools in both Victoria and Queensland to shift their approach to teaching and learning. He has also worked with councils and community organisations (CFA, Red Cross, Brotherhood of St Laurence, etc) to develop student-oriented learning approaches and materials to enable community groups to link more effectively with schools.
He is an inspiring, generous and cheeky presenter and always leaves groups with new ideas, directions and ways they can develop their visions into reality.

Cathryn Stephens has taught in secondary schools across all major sectors and at both co-educational and girls’ schools. During her time in the classroom she has worked on a broad range of both government and independent initiatives, focusing on immersion tasks and student-centred learning.
Cathryn is an energetic and creative personality with a passion for innovative educational practice and a strong educational philosophy based on the view that teaching is, at its core, a relational vocation. She believes that educational institutions can and must lead societies into a rapidly expanding future. She is a dynamic and energetic speaker and inspirer for your school or workplace.
Cathryn holds a Bachelor of Teaching (Secondary), a Bachelor of Arts (English and History), as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Writing, with units in Journalism and Public Relations.
